2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a specific service contract, the Group retains all intellectual property rights to existing frameworks, proprietary algorithms, and methodologies. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered digital products for their specific business purposes upon full payment.

3. User & Client Responsibilities

Users and clients commitment to providing truthful and accurate information necessary for the execution of digital projects. The Group is not liable for failures resulting from inaccurate data provided by the client or third-party integrations beyond our direct control.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Group strives for 100% uptime and seamless digital experiences across all its platforms. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service in cases of maintenance, technical failures outside our infrastructure, or force majeure events. We are not liable for indirect business losses or data inaccuracies resulting from platform misuse by third parties.
